Gregory School Pantry

The Gregory School Pantry at Benjamin C. Gregory Elementary in Trenton is a nonprofit food pantry operated by Mercer Street Friends, opening in September 2023 as the first school-based pantry in the Trenton Public School District. The pantry provides food assistance and support services to students and families in the school community, addressing significant food insecurity in the area where the nearest supermarket is a 40-minute walk away. As part of Mercer Street Friends' comprehensive Community Schools initiative, the pantry also offers case management and connections to vital community resources to support families.
