MLK School Pantry

MLK School Pantry is a Choice Food Pantry operated by Mercer Street Friends, a nonprofit organization supporting local families through comprehensive food and education programs, located inside Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Middle School in Trenton. The pantry allows families to select groceries and household items they need, and is co-located with a Family Resource Center that provides additional support services including SNAP assistance, housing help, legal services, parenting classes, and mental health resources. The facility was opened in December 2023 as the second of three planned school-based pantries in the Trenton School District.
