Meals on Wheels – Albuquerque

Meals on Wheels New Mexico has been serving the Albuquerque community since 1972, delivering nutritious home-delivered meals and wellness checks to individuals of any age and background. As a nonprofit organization, they are the only home-delivered meal program in Albuquerque offering eight medically-tailored diet options prepared fresh daily, designed to meet the needs of clients with chronic health conditions including diabetes, heart disease, and kidney failure. Operating with volunteer delivery drivers across multiple routes in Albuquerque, Corrales, Rio Rancho, and surrounding areas, they provide meals on a sliding-scale basis with no age, income, or health requirements to participate.
