El Caldito Soup Kitchen

El Caldito Soup Kitchen is a nonprofit organization founded in 1984 that serves the Las Cruces and Dona Ana County community by providing hot meals to individuals experiencing food insecurity, homelessness, and poverty. Located in Las Cruces, the kitchen is affiliated with the Mesilla Valley Community of Hope and operates with the support of volunteers and food donations from local grocers, bakeries, and other community members. Over its four decades of operation, El Caldito has served more than 3.5 million meals to those in need.
