Food of Life / Comida de Vida Food Pantry is a community food assistance program hosted at St. Thomas Episcopal Church in Amenia Union that has been serving the area for over eleven years. The pantry provides multiple days of meals with an emphasis on nutritious, fresh produce and other healthy foods, along with hygiene and household items. The pantry operates as a "choice" program where recipients select from available foods, offering autonomy while reducing waste, and sources its inventory from the New York Regional Food Bank and local suppliers. Supported by multiple religious organizations and community members, the pantry welcomes everyone regardless of residency and operates with bilingual staff to serve the diverse neighborhood.
