Open Hand Food Pantry

Open Hand Food Pantry, formally known as the Albanian & American Open Hand Association, has been serving the Bronx community for over a decade, distributing fresh produce and other food staples to thousands of residents each month. Founded in 2012, the pantry grew from a small weekly operation into one of the busiest food distribution centers in the borough, serving between 7,000 and 8,000 people monthly in the Morris Park and Pelham Parkway neighborhoods.
