Prospect/Crown Heights Friendly Fridge

The Prospect/Crown Heights Friendly Fridge is a free, outdoor, volunteer-run community fridge and pantry where neighbors can take what they need and leave what they can. The fridge emerged as part of the broader Friendly Fridge initiative that established multiple outdoor refrigerators across Brooklyn neighborhoods, including Crown Heights, to address food insecurity and make fresh food accessible to all community members.
