The Hicksville United Methodist Church Food Pantry began in October 2007 and serves Hicksville and surrounding communities on Long Island. The food pantry allows clients to shop in a market-style setting and is supported by grants from Long Island Cares and Island Harvest, as well as donations from the church congregation and local community organizations.
