NeON Nutrition Kitchen – Jamaica

NeON Nutrition Kitchen in Jamaica is a community food pantry operated by the New York City Department of Probation in partnership with Food Bank for New York City and the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City. The kitchen provides free non-perishable food, healthy recipes, nutrition education, and monthly cooking demonstrations led by professional chefs to help residents improve their understanding of healthy eating. Open to all community members regardless of probation status, the program serves neighborhoods across multiple boroughs including the Jamaica Queens location.
