Johnstown Food Pantry at One Church Street

The Johnstown Food Pantry at One Church Street, operated by the Interfaith Council of Churches, has served the Johnstown community for over 30 years and relocated to its current facility at One Church Street in July 2024. The pantry operates as a free-choice food distribution center, allowing guests to select items from a weekly-changing inventory with guidance from volunteers, and distributed over 68,000 meals during 2024. Beyond food assistance, the facility is developing into a broader food justice center that includes cooking classes, nutrition education programs, and community meal services.
