Nine Million Reasons Food Pantry

Nine Million Reasons is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit operating New York City's largest community food pantry, providing free groceries to anyone in need including fresh produce, proteins, dairy, grains, and canned goods. Founded in 2016 as a small volunteer-led effort, the organization has grown to serve over 6.5 million people while also supplying 223 smaller food pantries across the New York Metro Area. Beyond food distribution, Nine Million Reasons offers employment training and skill-building programs to help residents achieve self-sufficiency.
