NeON Nutrition Kitchen – Bay Street

NeON Nutrition Kitchen is a free food pantry operated by the New York City Department of Probation in partnership with Food Bank For New York City and the Mayor's Fund to Advance New York City. The program provides access to nutritious non-perishable groceries, healthy recipes, nutrition guidance, and monthly cooking demonstrations to help residents, with special focus on those transitioning from the justice system, though services are open to all community members. Located in Staten Island, NeON Nutrition Kitchen serves as part of the broader Neighborhood Opportunity Network supporting residents across all five boroughs.
