Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina

Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina strives through education, advocacy, and partnerships to eliminate hunger by soliciting and distributing food throughout a 24-county service region in North and South Carolina. Founded in 1981 and based in Charlotte, the nonprofit operates a main warehouse and four branch locations, distributing nearly 90 million pounds of food annually through more than 950 partner agencies.
