Make A difference Food Pantry

Make A Difference Food Pantry is a nonprofit food assistance organization serving Wayne County and surrounding areas in North Carolina. Founded in 2015 by Mackenzie Hinson when she was just 12 years old, the pantry has grown into a vital community resource that provides nutritious food to individuals and families facing food insecurity. The organization has served thousands of people since its inception and expanded to a larger facility with commercial refrigeration to better serve local residents in need.
