The Greensboro Urban Ministry – the Gum Food Pantry

The Greensboro Urban Ministry GUM Food Pantry has served residents facing food insecurity in Guilford County for over 30 years, providing emergency groceries and supporting nutritional needs through a choice pantry model where guests select their own food. Operating as a nonprofit organization, the pantry collects surplus food from local grocers, wholesalers, and restaurants, supplemented by community food drives and donations that bring in over one million pounds of food annually.
