Campus Kitchen at East Carolina University

Campus Kitchen at East Carolina University is a student-led hunger relief program and part of the national Campus Kitchens Project that rescues surplus food from campus dining and creates balanced meals for community partners in Greenville. Founded in 2010 as the first Campus Kitchen program in the UNC system, the organization partners with nonprofits and community agencies to address food insecurity while reducing food waste.
