ECU Purple Pantry

The ECU Purple Pantry, officially named the Williams-Ross Purple Pantry, is a food pantry located at East Carolina University in Greenville dedicated to reducing food insecurity among students. Established in 2018, this collaborative initiative between campus departments, community partners, and donors provides free groceries and personal care items to all ECU students regardless of demonstrated financial need. The pantry operates multiple locations across campus and partners with organizations like the Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC to support students facing hunger while they pursue their education.
