Food Bank of Central and Eastern NC

The Food Bank of Central & Eastern North Carolina is a nonprofit organization established in 1980 that provides food assistance to individuals and families facing hunger across a 34-county service area in central and eastern North Carolina. Operating from its Raleigh headquarters and five additional regional branches, the Food Bank distributes food through a network of more than 800 partner agencies including food pantries, soup kitchens, shelters, and community programs. Ranked among the top 15 food banks nationally by Feeding America in total food distributed, the organization is dedicated to nourishing people, building sustainable solutions to hunger, and addressing the root causes of food insecurity in the region.
