The Cando Area Food Pantry, established in 2003, is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving all of Towner County and surrounding areas. The pantry provides food assistance to low-income families and offers additional services including the BackPack Program at North Star School and the Federal Commodity Supplemental Food Program (CSFP) for seniors in the county.
