Barnes County Food Pantry

The Barnes County Food Pantry is a volunteer-based organization that provides food assistance to individuals and families in the Valley City area who are experiencing food insecurity. The pantry is funded entirely through private donations from community members and businesses and is managed by the Barnes County Senior Citizens Council, with all contributions directed toward purchasing food and supplies for families in need. Since its establishment, the food pantry has served as a critical community resource, distributing monthly food boxes and organizing special distributions including an annual Christmas food box program.
