St Bernard Meal Service

St. Bernard Parish Meal Service provides multiple hunger-relief programs to serve the Akron community. The programs include a food pantry offering three-day supplies of non-perishable groceries and household items, a hot meals program that serves more than 1,000 meals each month, and a bagged lunch program providing over 2,000 sack lunches monthly. As a Catholic parish ministry operating in downtown Akron since its inception, St. Bernard Parish demonstrates ongoing community involvement through volunteer-based programming that serves individuals and families in need throughout the region.
