SVDP/Immaculate Conception Food Pantry

The SVDP/Immaculate Conception Food Pantry operates as a ministry of the Immaculate Conception of Mary Parish in Akron's Kenmore neighborhood. Established in 1987, the pantry provides emergency food assistance to low-income families in need, serving neighbors in the surrounding community with support from volunteers. The food pantry represents a core outreach ministry of the parish, which has served the southwest Akron community for over a century through its commitment to worship, education, and community service.
