Falcon Food Pantry at Bowling Green State University

The Falcon Food Pantry at Bowling Green State University opened in March 2022 to address food insecurity among students, faculty, and staff. Operating on a model emphasizing dignity and accessibility, the pantry serves approximately 1,300 students monthly with shelf-stable and frozen meals, hygiene products, and fresh produce from an on-campus community garden. The pantry receives 5,000 pounds of food weekly from local food banks and community donations, and emergency food bags are available in residence halls and the campus library.
