Stark County Hunger Task Force

Since 1981, the Stark County Hunger Task Force has worked to combat food insecurity in Stark County by providing financial, logistical, and food support to a network of more than 30 local emergency food pantries serving over 34,000 residents monthly. The nonprofit organization operates its own food pantry at its Canton headquarters and manages community programs including a Backpack for Kids initiative that provides weekend meals to nearly 1,000 children weekly across the county.
