Central Residents Council – Food Distribution Center

The Central Residents Council (CRC) is the jurisdiction-wide residents council representing all residents living in Lima Metropolitan Housing Authority (LMHA) Developments and Scattered Sites in Toledo. The organization operates a food pantry and clothing closet to serve low-income and needy residents in the community. Through its work, CRC maintains communication between residents, the housing authority, and local service providers to improve quality of life and promote educational, recreational, and social service opportunities.
