Food For Thought

Food For Thought is a nonprofit organization founded in 2007 that operates multiple food pantries and distribution programs throughout the Toledo region to combat food insecurity. Located at 3350 Hill Ave in Toledo, Ohio, the organization operates ten mobile food pantries serving over 625 families monthly with fresh produce, dairy, and shelf-stable items, plus a Saturday morning PB&J lunch distribution in downtown Toledo targeting the homeless and working poor. Through their mission to create a community where the hunger for food, respect, and belonging is met for all people, Food For Thought has become a vital resource serving over 60,000 food-insecure individuals in Lucas County.
