St. Charles Borromeo Pantry – Dorothy Day Center

The Dorothy Day Center is an all-volunteer, delivery-focused food pantry operated by St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church that serves families and individuals in northwest Oklahoma City and surrounding suburbs who lack transportation to traditional food pantries. Established in 2005, the center partners with the Regional Food Bank of Oklahoma to distribute groceries monthly and operates with volunteer drivers who deliver food directly to homebound and elderly residents, chronic illness patients, and families without vehicles. The ministry is entirely volunteer-run with no paid staff, allowing the organization to dedicate most of its budget directly to food assistance and community support.
