Ellis County Food Bank

Ellis County Food Bank is a nonprofit organization operated by the Shattuck Seventh-day Adventist Church in partnership with the community to provide critical food assistance to residents facing food insecurity in Ellis County. Established nearly 20 years ago when the regional food bank requested a local partner, the organization collects, stores, and distributes nutritious food including fresh produce, dairy, and protein to individuals and families in need, relying on volunteers from both the church and the broader community.
