Burrito Brigade Waste to Taste Food Hub.

Burrito Brigade Waste to Taste is a food rescue program operated by Burrito Brigade, a nonprofit organization established in 2014 in Eugene, Oregon. The program partners with local grocery stores, bakeries, restaurants, and farms to rescue surplus food and distribute free food boxes to community members, allowing participants to choose the foods that meet their needs while reducing food waste and promoting dignity. In addition to Waste to Taste, Burrito Brigade operates the Weekend Burrito Brigade meal distribution program and maintains 55 Little Free Pantries throughout the community, collectively rescuing and sharing thousands of pounds of food each week.
