North East Emergency Food

North East Emergency Food is a nonprofit food pantry program operated by Ecumenical Ministries of Oregon that has served Portland-area residents since 1983. The organization provides three to five days' worth of nutritious groceries—including fresh produce, dairy, bread, and meat—to over 1,000 families weekly, distributing more than 50,000 pounds of food annually. Operating with no geographic boundaries, the pantry serves families with children, working individuals, seniors, and immigrants and refugees across the Portland metro area and surrounding regions.
