St. Mary’s By The Sea Senior Meals

Meals for Seniors, Inc. operates a hot meal program for seniors aged 55 and older at St. Mary by the Sea Church in Rockaway Beach. Established in 2003 when local community leaders recognized the need for nutritious meals for seniors on fixed incomes, the program serves fresh, home-cooked meals and also provides home delivery to homebound seniors. The volunteer-run organization, supported by donations from local businesses and community members, has been a vital part of the Rockaway Beach community for over two decades.
