Tigard ODHS Free Food Market

The Tigard ODHS Free Food Market is a community food pantry operated by the Oregon Department of Human Services that provides shelf-stable food, formula, toiletries, diapers, and clothing to community members in need. The market has a meaningful legacy as ODHS's first Free Food Market in Washington County, launching in 2019 and continuing to serve approximately 130 visitors monthly who benefit roughly 400 community members. The program operates in partnership with multiple local organizations including the Oregon Food Bank, PDX Diaper Bank, and numerous community partners, creating a gathering space that extends beyond food distribution to build community connection and provide access to additional resources and incentives.
