Germantown Community Fridge

Germantown Community Fridge is a 24/7 mutual aid resource in East Germantown that provides free food to anyone in the community who needs it. Founded in 2020 by Jane Ellis, the organization operates two locations and is run by volunteers who maintain and stock the fridges with donations from community members and partners. The fridges accept both perishable and non-perishable items, helping to combat food insecurity and reduce food waste in the neighborhood.
