Girard-Lake City Christian Cupboard Food Pantry

The Girard-Lake City Christian Cupboard is the sole food pantry serving the Girard and Lake City communities in western Erie County, Pennsylvania. Originally established by the First Presbyterian Church in 1982, the organization was formally incorporated in 2009 when various local food pantries merged and evolved into an ecumenical ministry supported by nine member churches. The pantry provides supplemental food assistance to households experiencing food insecurity in the 16417 and 16423 zip codes, operating as a nonprofit supported by donations from member churches and community contributions.
