Jenkintown Food Cupboard

The Jenkintown Food Cupboard is a nonprofit organization dedicated to addressing food insecurity in Montgomery County, Pennsylvania, providing free groceries and essential food items to eligible residents in need. Operating as a volunteer-run food pantry with a full-choice model, the organization distributes fresh produce, dairy, eggs, bread, and a variety of meats to over 300 families each week through a drive-through format that prioritizes dignity and accessibility. Beyond their direct pantry services, the Jenkintown Food Cupboard has expanded their mission through the Montgomery County Food Project, serving as a regional food bank that distributed 2 million pounds to nearly 70 pantries across the county in 2024.
