Broad Street Ministry Prepared Meals

Broad Street Ministry is a nonprofit organization dedicated to serving Philadelphia residents experiencing poverty and homelessness through free prepared meals, stabilizing social services, mail concierge, case management, and therapeutic arts. Founded in 2005 and located in the historic Chambers-Wylie Memorial Presbyterian Church, the ministry practices "radical hospitality" by providing dignified, restaurant-style dining experiences with home-cooked meals prepared from organic, locally-sourced ingredients, treating guests with respect and dignity rather than operating as a traditional soup kitchen. In addition to daily meals, Broad Street Ministry offers healthcare partnerships, clothing services, and administrative support to help address the multiple challenges faced by Philadelphia's most vulnerable populations.
