Old St. Joseph’s Faith, Food and Friends

Faith, Food and Friends, operated by Old St. Joseph's Church—the oldest Roman Catholic church in Philadelphia, founded in 1733—is an all-volunteer parish outreach program that serves nutritious lunches and provides comprehensive support services including assistance with food stamps, utilities, prescription lenses, and medical care to homeless and hungry individuals in the community. For over thirty years, parishioners and community volunteers have sustained this mission to feed and support vulnerable populations, welcoming guests in a spirit of holistic healing for body, mind, and spirit.
