Playstreet 500 Gerritt St (Summer Meal Site)

Playstreet 500 Gerritt St is a free summer meal site operated by Philadelphia Parks & Recreation that provides nutritious meals and snacks to children and youth ages 18 and under during the summer months. Part of the citywide PlayStreets program, which has been delivering free summer meals to Philadelphia youth for over 60 years, this site combines meal distribution with safe, supervised outdoor recreation where community volunteers organize games and provide free play equipment on neighborhood blocks.
