Bread Basket Of Nepa – Food Distribution Center

Bread Basket of NEPA is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization established in 1984 and located at 550 Madison Avenue in Scranton, Pennsylvania, dedicated to reducing food insecurity throughout Lackawanna County. The organization operates seven food pantries across the county, providing both non-perishable and fresh food items to those in need. As one of the only nonprofits in the region partnered with DoorDash through the Project Dash initiative, Bread Basket of NEPA delivers meals to individuals experiencing transportation barriers, and the organization also hosts annual community events like the Bread Basket Bolt 5K race to support its mission of alleviating hunger.
