Junior League of Charleston Charleston Area Diaper Bank

The Junior League of Charleston Diaper Bank, established in 2017, collects, packages, and distributes diapers to families in need throughout the Lowcountry in partnership with community organizations. Since its inception, the organization has distributed over one million diapers to nearly 20,000 children, addressing a critical gap in assistance since diapers are not covered by government programs like WIC and SNAP. The Diaper Bank is a nonprofit initiative of the Junior League of Charleston and welcomes both diaper and monetary donations from the community.
