Harvest Hope Food Bank

Harvest Hope Food Bank is South Carolina's largest food bank, headquartered in Columbia and founded in 1981 as an emergency food program. Operating as a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, the organization collects, stores and distributes food to more than 450 partner agencies across 20 counties throughout central and coastal South Carolina, providing millions of meals annually to families, elderly individuals and children in need. Beyond traditional food distribution, Harvest Hope operates emergency food pantries, mobile pantries, child feeding programs, and nutrition education initiatives to address food insecurity and build a hunger-free tomorrow.
