Beresford Share and Care Food Distribution

Share and Care is a food distribution ministry rooted in ecumenical collaboration and community partnerships, housed at Beresford Zion United Methodist Church in Beresford, South Dakota. The ministry operates as a mini food bank offering emergency food assistance and senior boxes through partnership with Feeding South Dakota, serving individuals and families across an eleven-community area spanning Clay, Minnehaha, Lincoln, and Turner counties. With support from approximately fifteen volunteers and connections to the South Dakota State University Extension Research Farm for fresh produce donations, Share and Care embodies the church's commitment to loving neighbors through tangible food security assistance.
