About
BCAR Pantry, operated by Big Country AIDS Resources, has served the Abilene area and surrounding 19-county region since 1987. The pantry provides food and nutritional support specifically to HIV-positive individuals, serving approximately 50-60 clients regularly. In addition to the food pantry, BCAR offers comprehensive supportive services including medical care, telemedicine, education, immunizations, case management, behavioral health, and housing assistance for those living with HIV.
