Brazos Valley Meals on Wheels

Brazos Valley Meals on Wheels is a nonprofit organization that has served seniors and disabled individuals living in poverty across Brazos, Burleson, Grimes, and Robertson counties for over 47 years. The organization delivers home-prepared meals daily to homebound seniors and individuals with disabilities who are unable to prepare meals for themselves, with nutritional standards meeting dietary recommendations established by the Food and Nutrition Board of the National Academy of Sciences. Operating as part of Brazos Valley Community Action Programs, Meals on Wheels is a Community Partner of United Way of the Brazos Valley and relies on volunteers and community support to sustain its mission of promoting health and dignity in the region.
