Catholic Charities Galveston – Beacon of Hope Food Pantry

Beacon of Hope Isle Market is a food pantry operated by Catholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Galveston-Houston, a nonprofit organization that has served Galveston County for more than 80 years. The pantry provides fresh produce, meat, dairy, and nutritious nonperishables to residents experiencing food insecurity in the Galveston area, distinguishing itself as the only food pantry on Galveston Island that routinely stocks both perishable and frozen foods. The Isle Market model allows clients to choose their own groceries, promoting dignity and reducing food waste while meeting community food needs.
