Christus Our Daily Bread Nutritious Meals and Clothing

CHRISTUS Our Daily Bread is a program of the CHRISTUS Foundation for HealthCare serving the Galveston community with nutritious meals, clean clothing, personal hygiene products, and mental health counseling. The organization provides guidance and structured recovery support to individuals experiencing homelessness and addiction, working to help clients break cycles of despair through case management services and referrals for treatment and recovery. Through partnerships with community organizations, CHRISTUS Our Daily Bread extends its healing mission by serving over 60 individuals daily and connecting clients with additional resources needed to rebuild their lives.
