Houston Food Bank

The Houston Food Bank is America's largest food bank by distribution, serving 18 southeast Texas counties since its founding in 1982. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, it distributes food and other essentials through a network of more than 1,600 community partners, addressing food insecurity while offering programs in nutrition education, health management, and job training. The organization also operates the Keegan Kitchen, which prepares nutritious hot meals for children and families in need.
