Target Hunger

Founded in 1989, Target Hunger is a nonprofit organization dedicated to alleviating hunger and its root causes in Houston's vulnerable northeast neighborhoods. The organization operates multiple food pantries and mobile services offering direct food assistance, emergency food packs, and navigation programs that connect individuals and families to critical resources beyond food assistance, including healthcare, housing, and job training. Target Hunger serves tens of thousands of food-insecure children, families, and seniors annually, operating as one of Houston's largest direct food assistance providers.
