South Texas Food Bank

The South Texas Food Bank is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization headquartered in Laredo, Texas that has served the South Texas region for more than 35 years. The organization collects and distributes food through partnerships with local agencies while educating the community about hunger, and serves eight counties in South Texas including Webb, Zapata, Jim Hogg, Val Verde, Maverick, Kinney, Dimmit, and Starr counties. Through programs like TEFAP, CACFP, and CSFP, the food bank provides emergency food assistance, youth feeding programs, and supplemental nutrition for seniors.
