God’s Storehouse Food Pantry

God's Storehouse Food Pantry is a nondenominational nonprofit food pantry and resale shop serving the Nixon community for over 40 years, founded by Virginia Wynne, Gladyne Finch, and Dorothy Richardson. The organization provides food assistance to families experiencing food insecurity and operates a resale shop, with all-volunteer staff committed to treating clients with compassion, dignity, and respect. Associated with the Golden Crescent Food Bank, God's Storehouse has expanded its capacity and community impact through partnerships including the Nixon Lions Club, with whom they collaborate annually to provide holiday meal assistance.
